Magnet Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE) Standards

1- Zero-TolerancePolicy 

Magnet maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). 

Any content, behavior, or activity involving: 

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) 
  • Grooming or predatory behavior 
  • Sexualization of minors 
  • Child trafficking or exploitation 

is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action. 

2- AgeRestrictions

Magnet is strictly 18+ only. 

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. 
  • Accounts suspected of belonging to minors will be immediately suspended pending verification. 
  • We reserve the right to request age verification at any time. 

We do not allow child accounts or youth-targeted features. 

3- Detection& Prevention Measures 

Magnet implements: 

  • Manual moderation review processes 
  • User reporting tools 
  • Immediate account suspension for suspected violations

 We continuously update our safety mechanisms in line with evolving online safety standards. 

4- ReportingMechanisms

Users can report suspected violations directly within the app via: 

  • Profile reporting tools 
  • Event reporting options 
  • Support contact form 

Reports are reviewed promptly by our safety team. 

5- CooperationwithAuthorities 

Magnet complies with applicable child protection laws and reporting obligations. 

Where legally required, we report confirmed CSAM cases to appropriate authorities, including: 

  • The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States 
  • Relevant national or international law enforcement agencies 

We cooperate fully with investigations involving child exploitation. 

6- ContentRemoval& Enforcement 

Upon identification of CSAE-related violations: 

  • Content is removed immediately 
  • Accounts are permanently banned 
  • IP/device-level restrictions may be applied 
  • Legal reporting procedures are initiated where applicable 

No warnings are issued in cases involving child exploitation.

Magnet is committed to maintaining a safe digital environment and actively monitors emerging risks associated with location-based platforms. 

We regularly review and update our safety policies to comply with: 

  • EU Digital Services Act (DSA) 
  • UK Online Safety Act 
  • Google Play Developer Policies
