Magnet Social Share - User terms

These terms of use apply to the use of the Magnet Social Share app, a product of RAVANTIS, based in the Netherlands.

By using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Role of Magnet

Magnet is a technology platform that facilitates connections between users through matching.

Magnet is not a party to any agreements, collaborations, transactions, or communications between users, whether inside or outside the application.

2. No Screening or Verification

Magnet does not screen or verify users with regard to identity, background, reliability, skills, or intentions.
Use of the application is entirely at the user’s own risk.

3. Matching & Communication

A match within the application:

does not guarantee communication;

does not create any obligation to cooperate or enter into an agreement.

Magnet does not provide an in-app chat feature. Any communication outside the application takes place entirely outside the responsibility of Magnet.

4. Conduct, Content & Misuse

Users are prohibited from using the application to post, share, or distribute content that:

  • is sexually explicit, pornographic, erotic, or sexually suggestive;
  • is sexually inappropriate, abusive, or unwanted;
  • involves fraud, deception, spam, or illegal activities;
  • is discriminatory, hateful, or violent;
  • violates applicable laws or public decency.

Violation of this article may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account, without prior notice and without any right to compensation.

5. User Content

  1. Users are solely responsible for all content they post or share via the application.
  2. The user guarantees that all content:
    • does not infringe the rights of third parties;
    • is not unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or sexually explicit.
  3. By posting content, the user grants Magnet a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use such content solely for the technical operation, management, and improvement of the application.
  4. Magnet does not actively monitor user content and is not responsible or liable for such content.
  5. Magnet reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Payments

Payments are processed via external payment providers.
Magnet does not store payment card details and is not responsible for failures or disruptions caused by third parties.

7. Termination & Enforcement

Magnet may, at its sole discretion:

  • issue warnings;
  • remove content;
  • restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate user accounts.

In the event of enforcement, the user has no right to refunds, damages, or any other form of compensation.

8. Liability

Magnet shall not be liable for any damage, loss, injury, harassment, abuse, or consequential damage arising from interactions between users, whether within or outside the platform.

If Magnet is nevertheless held liable, such liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user to Magnet in the preceding twelve (12) months.

9. Age Requirement

The application is intended exclusively for users 18 years of age or older.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court.

  • Magnet connects users but is not a party to any agreements between them.
  • Use of the app is at your own risk.
  • We do not verify or screen users.
  • Respectful behavior is required.
  • Sexual or explicit content is not allowed.
  • Violations may result in immediate suspension or account deletion.
  • You are responsible for the content you share.
  • Magnet is not liable for damage caused by interactions between users.
  • Only for users 18 years and older.
  • Magnet reserves the right to modify the pricing of its services at any time, without prior notification
